You hold a degree in environmental science. How did you acquire this knowledge in computer science?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been interested in computers and software since childhood. When I got my baccalaureate, I chose the School of Computer Science (Algiers) where I wasn't lucky enough to be accepted despite an average of 15.85\/20. I switched to Marine Sciences because I also love the maritime field. But I didn't give up on IT. My PC never leaves my side. Over time, I developed my knowledge in the field of ICT. This allowed me to work as a freelancer, since I am unemployed despite my engineering degree and seven other diploma courses I have completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"des-formations-dans-les-tic\">2. ICT courses?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis ing\u00e9nieur d\u2019\u00c9tat en Sciences de la mer, option Environnement (2005-2010), de l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure des Sciences de la Mer et de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement du Littoral (ENSSMAL, ex-ISMAL). J\u2019ai un brevet Plongeur premier degr\u00e9 (FASSAS)- club Abyss Diving, Ain Benian (Alger \u2013 2010). J\u2019ai suivi diff\u00e9rentes formations dans les domaines de la pr\u00e9vention et de la ma\u00eetrise des risques comme \u00ab&nbsp;directeur-manager&nbsp;\u00bb en HSE, \u00ab&nbsp;manager en QHSE&nbsp;\u00bb, inspecteur, superviseur, et technicien sup\u00e9rieur en HSE. J\u2019ai aussi une attestation d\u2019agent de bureautique et d\u2019informatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"avec-tout-ca-vous-narrivez-pas-a-trouver-du-boulot-a-sonatrach-naftal-ou-a-sonelgaz\">3. With all that, you can't find a job at Sonatrach, Naftal, or Sonelgaz?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing, despite all the applications submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"linformatique-et-les-tic-en-general-vous-ont-donc-sauve-puisque-vous-arriver-a-en-vivre\">4. So, computer science and ICT in general have \"saved\" you, since you manage to make a living from them?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a way, yes. As a freelancer, I manage to get by in the fields of Webmastering (HTML\/CSS, SEO, Advertising, Marketing...), graphic design (Adobe, Maxon, Autodesk, Vega products...), and programming (CD Autoplay...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"des-formations-en-webmaster-programmation-et-en-design-graphic-sont-elles-accessibles-a-des-non-specialistes\">5. Are training courses in Webmastering, programming, and graphic design accessible to non-specialists?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my case, it was possible thanks to my interest in these technologies. I developed my knowledge completely autonomously. Where there is a will, there is a way. With willpower, one can become a computer engineer even without a degree. A \"jack-of-all-trades\" might even know tricks that a certified engineer does not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dans-votre-blog-vous-assurez-un-nombre-important-de-conseils-et-dastuces-aux-utilisateurs-des-equipements-tic-et-autres-internautes-comment-financez-vous-ce-temps-consacre-a-ce-blog\">6. In your blog, you provide a significant amount of advice and tips to ICT equipment users and other internet users. How do you finance the time dedicated to this blog?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I like blogging, so apart from my work, I am always online, and I read a lot of articles and share tips from time to time that are highly requested by internet users. Tips that are poorly covered in other blogs or are monopolized. This is to benefit the maximum number of users. A blog can also be a serious workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"la-publicite-sur-votre-blog-rapporte-t-elle-suffisamment\">7. Does the advertising on your blog bring in enough revenue?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since I am unemployed and don't have a budget to finance my blog, I take advantage of the \"paid to click\" (PTC) formula. It is an activity that consists of voluntarily visiting websites or ad networks on the web in exchange for small remuneration. It helps make the time spent on the Internet profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"combien-de-temps-consacrez-vous-a-lauto-formation-quels-sont-les-supports-utilises\">8. How much time do you dedicate to self-training? What materials do you use?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I love something, I can learn in record time. It is a challenge for me to deepen my knowledge in fields that are not part of my formal education. Besides, I don't like being told: \"you can't do that\". I always use the Internet as a learning tool, and sometimes I have to buy some training courses that are not available for free on the Net. I dedicate a lot of money and time to self-training, but I find it better than wasting my time on futile things. The Internet and the computer are formidable learning tools. You just need to know what you want, dedicate the necessary time, and be consistent. The rest comes naturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vous-avez-publie-sur-votre-blog-la-video-du-jeune-hacker-arrete-en-thailande-que-pensez-vous\">9. You published the video of the young hacker arrested in Thailand on your blog. What do you think?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the field of Ethical Hacking interests me a lot, I followed the news of this young Algerian hacker very closely. I won't hide from you that it is pleasing to see that young geniuses, like Hamza Bendelladj, can have such skill levels. I do not consider what he did a source of pride. Stealing projects a bad image of oneself and one's country. But, at the same time, I regret that Algeria does not benefit from the skills of such people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"certains-disent-quil-a-un-niveau-de-9-e-annee-fondamentale-pensez-vous-que-cela-soit-possible-avec-toutes-ces-competences-averees-en-informatique\">10. Some say he has a 9th-grade education level. Do you think this is possible, with all these proven IT skills?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, I know many people who haven't even reached the 6th-grade level, but who have skills in ICT-related fields. They learned on the job. By seeking to understand. On the other hand, I have friends with university degrees who barely know how to start a PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-pensez-vous-de-lusage-que-font-les-jeunes-generation-de-l-internet-et-de-linformatique-en-general-avez-vous-limpression-quils-apprennent-quelque-chose-ou-quils-passent-leur-temps-uniquement\">11. What do you think of the younger generation's use of the Internet and IT in general? Do you feel they are learning something or just passing time?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my opinion, barely 20% of the young Algerian generation uses the Internet and IT in the right way. Otherwise, the majority of young people I know, and according to the echoes I hear, spend their time on social sites like Facebook and other chat platforms, whereas they could learn many things for free on the Net (self-training, earning money, making professional contacts...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ne-pensez-vous-pas-quil-est-possible-dorienter-les-jeunes-pour-leur-donner-des-pistes-sur-comment-rentabiliser-leur-usage-du-net-et-de-linformatique\">12. Don't you think it is possible to guide young people to give them leads on how to make their use of the Net and IT profitable?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precisely, that is my future project, because I wish to share my knowledge in the field of graphic design and webmastering.
